So I’m planning outfits for my family’s photo shoot this weekend. In case anyone is interested, this is the process I go through: I think about concept & colors, then take inventory of what I have and figure out what I’m missing. I lay everything down on the floor and play around with accessories until it starts to come together. This also involves shopping at a few of my favorite stores. Last week I used my 40% off Wednesday coupons at Baby Gap to purchase multiple items, and then I returned the ones I ended up not using. After assessing the ensembles above, I decided I need to get Tim a shirt to layer under the blazer and maybe some cute gloves for me. The funny/annoying part of this is that London kept switching the hat she is supposed to wear with the scarf Eden is supposed to wear when I wasn’t looking. I explained that she has to wear the hat because Eden doesn’t look good in hats and the scarf with the faux fur vest would just be too much. Surely a four-year-old can understand such things, right? We shall see.
